JoaQuin’s facility provides 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space, coupled with four acres of outside storage. This facility provides JoaQuin with the capability to maintain on-time delivery while managing several large and small projects concurrently. This capability was most evident when JoaQuin fabricated 100 fiberglass equipment shelters, and eight steel backup generator buildings, in conformance to the rigid time constraints imposed by the FAA, for the fast track Denver International Airport project.

Inside JoaQuin Manufacturing

Configuration Management
The start to finish process of a typical project is supervised jointly by Quality Control personnel and JoaQuin’s TQM management teams. From the design phase, through Contract requirements review, to purchasing and material handling, and finally, production, qualification testing and delivery, Quality Control and Management teams work closely to ensure on-time delivery and conformance to Contract requirements. Computerized production scheduling allows JoaQuin to monitor material procurement and avoid potential resource conflicts which could adversely impact delivery time. The net result is to ensure that a quality product, designed and tailored to meet individual customer requirements, is delivered on time in conformance to contract specifications.
